On February 2, 2024, Toyota announced that San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy had been named a national partner. Purdy was named along with former New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning.
Purdy signed a deal to appear in Toyota’s regional advertising (Northern California Toyota Dealers) before the start of the 2023 season. He’s appeared in Toyota’s ads before but graduated to national ads after an impressive season.
On Monday, Toyota put out a press release, in which they introduced a content campaign starring Purdy that’s themed around the 2024 NFL Draft, set to take place at the end of the week.
