It’s probably not a fun time to be a Raiders fan right now, not with two of their biggest rivals — the 49ers and the Chiefs — set to square off in the first Super Bowl at their shiny new Las Vegas stadium. But the matchup has also reignited interest in an old viral photo from seven years ago, back when Allegiant Stadium was under construction, and in whether or not a Chiefs fan buried a flag for his team at the Raiders’ stadium construction site.
