The San Francisco 49ers do a great job with community work, and defensive lineman Arik Armstead continued that in his hometown of Sacramento with a creative writing workshop. He worked in conjunction with Leataata Floyd Elementary School and 916 Ink helping the young students grow their creative writing skills. This class is part of the over 200 students that Armstead has assisted go through the program.
One of the most impressive aspects of 916 Ink is how they have been able to publish over 3,000 youth writers in over 100 professional books.
