This situation might officially be about to get just a little bit confusing. Aldon Smith was able to make his $26,000 bail Friday morning, and he was spotted leaving jail. A KTVU reporter tweeted this out just a bit ago:

I'd certainly hope it would not be a DUI, but it's hard to give him the benefit of the doubt right now.
