Earlier this season, San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Kendrick Bourne was on fire. He has cooled off drastically since then, and if his disappearing act continues, he may lose out on a big chunk of change.
Matt Barrows of The Athletic noted in a recent article that Bourne needs 18 more receiving yards to reach 500 on the season, which would earn him a $500,000 bonus in his contract. That seemed like a given a few weeks ago, but Bourne has essentially been a non-factor on offense since the return of quarterback Brock Purdy.
