The San Francisco 49ers will be investing in their wide receiver position this offseason, and one report suggest they might invest heavily. Denver area radio host Benjamin Allbright tweeted on Wednesday that he was told the 49ers will be “making a serious run” and free agent wide receiver Alshon Jeffery. Any non-major name is always taken with a grain of salt, but Allbright has hit on news in recent years. And of course, it is not exactly a shocking rumor.
