For the legions of San Francisco 49ers fans, morale is understandably low after losing yet another winnable game at University of Phoenix Stadium to the Arizona Cardinals in Week 8.
There isn’t any other way to cut it, the Niners are not a team that plays four quarters of football, and there’s a lot of work to be done in the offseason.
The hardest thing about this game was that the 49ers seem to find ways to lose out of nowhere. Even wounded as the 49ers have been this season, they should have closed out this game.
