49ers trade Kenneth Acker to Kansas City Chiefs

Looks like another 49ers player is off to Kansas City. The team announced a trade.

The San Francisco 49ers have made a trade in their moves to cut down to the 75-man roster. The team announced they have traded cornerback Kenneth Acker to the Kansas City Chiefs. The team did not disclose the pick in return, but Adam Schefter tweeted that it was a seventh round pick in the 2018 NFL Draft.

Acker was drafted by the 49ers in the sixth round of the 2014 NFL Draft and was placed on injured reserve following that year’s training camp.
