The San Francisco 49ers announced on Wednesday that they have signed defensive lineman Sen'Derrick Marks to a one-year deal.
Marks (6-2, 305) was originally drafted by the Tennessee Titans in the second round (62nd overall) of the 2009 NFL Draft. In four seasons with the Titans (2009-12), he appeared in 51 games (26 starts) and registered 180 tackles, eight passes defensed, three sacks, three forced fumbles and one interception. Prior to the 2013 season, he signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars where he spent the last four seasons (2013-16). With the Jaguars, he appeared in 52 games (35 starts) and registered 104 tackles, 16 sacks, 13 passes defensed, five fumble recoveries and three forced fumbles.
