There are a lot of reasons why the San Francisco 49ers were blown out 43-16 by the Seattle Seahawks in Week 13.
One of them, however, might not have been expected: Seattle’s rushing attack.
Led by running backs Chris Carson and Rashaad Penny, the Seahawks managed to gouge the Niners defense for 168 yards on 29 attempts, thwarting the notion San Francisco still possessed a good run defense this late into 2018.
