San Francisco 49ers cornerback Richard Sherman doesn’t care if his team is still not getting the respect from nationwide experts around the league.
Sherman got some more bragging rights following the Niners’ dominant 20-7 win over the Los Angeles Rams in Week 6 — a game in which the score didn’t indicate just how much Sherman’s defense shut down everything Los Angeles was trying to do.
“It’s business as usual,” Sherman told reporters after the 49ers’ fifth win of the season. “The previous performance [against the Cleveland Browns] should have been enough to get these guys the respect they deserve.
