The San Francisco 49ers have re-signed defensive end Noble Nwachukwu to their practice squad and have released defensive lineman Jeremy Liggins, the team announced on Monday.
This move is the inverse of the same move they made on Oct. 11, when they released Nwachukwu and signed Liggins. As we all know, the 49ers as an organization aren’t happy unless they’re constantly shuffling practice squad players and the 53rd man on the roster.
Liggins was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Seattle Seahawks earlier this year, and was waived around the time of roster cuts.
