BRADENTON, Fla. — Arik Armstead, the 49ers’ sack leader, slowly walked off the 49ers practice field with trainers as Thursday’s session began at IMG Academy.
The 49ers have yet to address the nature of his injury or exit.
Armstead was in uniform and appeared to have taken part in the walk-through session before Thursday’s full practice began, on well-manicured grass fields.
