Can they? Yes. Will they? I’ll commit now and say … yes. If ever there was a 49ers defense capable of this feat in the 20 seasons I’ve covered them, it’s this one. Jackson is a unique talent but the 49ers are fresh off facing mobile quarterbacks and will be prepared.
