Draft pick signings have become much more of a formality in this era of slotted contracts in the NFL, and the 49ers are closing in on having their entire 2025 class signed after getting their most significant selection under contract.
The 49ers on Thursday made it official that they have signed 11th overall pick Mykel Williams to his rookie deal. According to Aaron Wilson and the rookie wage scale, Williams’s four-year deal is fully guaranteed. He’ll make $24.94 million, including a $14.78 million signing bonus.
Williams’ deal also includes a fifth-year option, as is the case with all first-round picks.
