NFL free agency is officially underway as of 9 a.m. Pacific time on Monday, with teams like the San Francisco 49ers now able to talk to free agents in the “legal tampering” window. While free agents can’t officially sign with new teams until 1 p.m. Pacific time on Wednesday, there is plenty of wheeling and dealing to come in the days ahead.
