49ers fans drowned out the Chiefs with boos during Super Bowl Opening Night

While the Super Bowl is supposed to take place at a neutral site, the crowd at the big game’s opening night was anything but neutral.

San Francisco 49ers fans were out in full force in Las Vegas on Monday as both teams made their first proper media appearances of the week. While both teams were scheduled to make appearances, there was a marked difference in how players from each team were received by the crowd.

It wasn’t obvious at first, as the attending patrons made a sea of red, which is the primary color of both teams.
