49ers: ‘Definitely a chance’ LB Kwon Alexander (torn pectoral muscle) returns on Saturday

The Seattle Seahawks lured Marshawn Lynch away from his Emeryville eatery and back into action. On Saturday the Houston Texans welcomed back defensive end JJ Watt, who helped his team to an overtime victory. Now ESPN’s Adam Schefter is reporting that 49ers’ Pro Bowl-caliber linebacker Kwon Alexander has “a good chance” of playing in the team’s divisional playoff game against Minnesota.

Both Watt and Alexander were sidelined by pectoral injuries, and are cheating the odds.

So says one website (there are others) that purports to discuss pec injuries with authority.
