The San Francisco 49ers are back for their second preseason game of the 2015 schedule. We are back once again with a look at the officiating crew for the game, as well as a look at some experimental rules in play for the second weekend. The league will experiment this weekend with an eighth official, according to our friends at Football Zebras. The eighth official will appear in two different support capacities for the umpire. The official will serve in some games as a "center judge", which is used in some college conferences, and then for some games we will see a second umpire.
