49ers' Charles Omenihu back with team after domestic violence arrest

On Monday, San Francisco 49ers defensive end Charles Omenihu was arrested in San Jose on suspicion of domestic violence. Police say a woman called and said Omenihu shoved her to the ground. The woman, who cops have identified as Omenihu's girlfriend, received a protective restraining order against the player, who has not been charged in the case.

On Wednesday, he was back with the team at practice. His only limitation listed was an oblique injury he suffered against the Cowboys last weekend; the 49ers said they were fine to wait and see with his case.
