Defensive lineman Arik Armstead went on Monday following a positive test for the novel coronavirus. Defensive tackle Javon Kinlaw was added Wednesday.
The list is used for players who either test positive for COVID-19 or have been in close contact with someone who has been infected.
Because the 49ers have abye this week, it’s possible none of the players added to the list will miss a game.
