The 49ers continue to be hit by the injury bug as recently signed FA WR J.J. Nelson will be out a month or so with a knee injury. Nelson is the latest in a long string of 49ers to be injured including Deebo Samuel, Brandon Aiyuk and Jalen Hurd. The 49ers signed Jordan Reed last month and it appears that the move is already paying off. Reed said in a recent interview that he almost retired after last season, however, his desire to both play in and win big games brought him back. HC Kyle Shanahan has been impressed with Reed so far in his limited amount of reps at training camp.

The 49ers are set to start the 2020 NFL Season without fans in the stands till at least October. With that being said, each NFL team could lose as much as $1MM per game in concession losses alone. Only three NFL teams have said they will allow fans week one. Kansas City, Dallas and Miami.
