49ers injury news as Kwon Alexander has suffered a possible high-ankle sprain, which could keep him out for 4-6 weeks. Richard Sherman also suffered a setback on his recovery from a calf injury he suffered in Week 1 and likely won’t be activated from the injured reserve for Sunday’s game vs. the Los Angeles Rams.
