A court date is set for tomorrow, April 12th, and the DA’s office is expected to reveal whether it will press charges or not very soon. David Lombardi of The Athletic recently reported that the trend is toward no charges for Foster. Although a possible win for the 49ers camp, Foster is still subject to discipline from the NFL. Foster could face the standard 6-game suspension for domestic violence accusations. The burden of proof in the NFL is much different than United States law.
