49ers News: Kwon Alexander Activated Off Injured Reserve

In today's San Francisco 49ers news, the team officially activated LB Kwon Alexander from injured reserve after missing the final 8 games of the regular season with a torn pectoral muscle. The 49ers also sent DE Kentavius Street to IR in a corresponding move to make room on the 53-man roster for Alexander.

The 49ers are 7-point favorites against the Vikings in tomorrow's divisional round playoff game. However, the Vikings are coming off a big overtime win at New Orleans, in a game that they were 9-point underdogs. With Alexander back, the 49ers hope to better stop the run-game of Dalvin Cook than the Saints were able to.
