The San Francisco 49ers defeated the Arizona Cardinals 28-25 on Thursday Night Football. Halloween provided some scares for the 49ers as the Cardinals put up a fight that most fans did not expect. San Francisco’s offense played well all night but it was their defense that was lacking. Kyler Murry and company drove up and down the field late in the game to make it close but in the end Jimmy Garoppolo and the 49ers offense sealed the deal. 49ers Report host Thomas Mott hands out his grades for the win over Arizona to extend the 49ers win streak to 8 games.

The 49ers’ rushing attack was not it’s usual unstoppable self, rushing for only 101 yards. Matt Breida led all 49ers in rushing even with a bum ankle. Breida was questionable all week and some speculated that he would not play. However, when he was out on the field and it made a huge difference, even more so than Tevin Coleman IN THE VIDEO ABOVE AND BELOW.
Jimmy Garoppolo and Emmanuel Sanders are the real heroes of the night for the 49ers. Jimmy G might have had his best night as a 49er and newcomer Sanders was on the receiving end of 7 balls for 112 yards. These two are going to be a scary duo for weeks to come. Thomas gives both Garoppolo and Sanders an A+ for their performances in Week 9 of the 2019 NFL Season.
