Despite Kwon Alexander being ejected late in the first quarter after getting in a scuffle in his first game since signing with the 49ers in free agency. Richard Sherman and Ahkello Witherspoon each had a pick-six of their own against Jameis Winston. Nick Bosa made his 49ers debut after missing the entire preseason with an ankle injury. The second overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft lived up to expectations finishing the game with 3 tackles, a sack and a tackle for a loss. Bosa wasn’t the only new 49er to make his presence known with former Chiefs defensive end Dee Ford also finished with a sack of his own. On the 49ers offense, George Kittle continued to prove himself one of the best tight ends in the NFL by leading the team with 8 catches for 54 yards.
