After a 38-7 victory against Utah State on Oct. 31, San Diego State football is starting to gain national recognition for their offensive performances this season.
Three offensive lineman — senior left tackle Kyle Spalding, senior guard Jacob Capra and senior right tackle Zachary Thomas were each selected to the Pro Football Focus college football Team of the Week on offense.
The three linemen are recognized for the first time this season, and also join well-known college football players like Clemson senior running back Travis Etienne and Alabama senior wide receiver DeVonta Smith.
Head coach Brady Hoke said despite being a defensive line coach by trade, the offensive line is his favorite group on the entire team.
