But none of that mattered for the 2016 San Diego State men’s basketball team Tuesday night, which for their 10th straight game had to fight and claw for 40 minutes as another match was far from decided in the waning minutes, against Colorado State University.
And for the 10th straight game it was the Aztecs whose hand was raised after the final buzzer sounded, 69-67, which ties the 2013-14 a school record for most consecutive victories to open conference play.
