Padre fans and writers alike are anxiously awaiting the return of rookie Phenom Fernando Tatis Jr. Unfortunately, it won’t be this homestand.
“Manager Andy Green indicated Thursday that Tatis(hamstring) isn’t likely to return from the 10-day injured list during the Padres’ ongoing homestand, which concludes May 22, Bill Center of MLB.com reports.”
The good news is they’re likely to get him back before the end of May. He certainly changes the entire dynamic of the team, so we’ll continue to be on the edge of our seats waiting for him to get healthy.
