"Dodger Stadium and our great fans look forward to the finest players in the world competing for the WBC championship," Dodgers president and MLB International Committee chairman Stan Kasten said.
The Padres' Petco Park will host second-round games from March 14-19. First-round games will take place at Marlins Park in Miami and Estadio Charros de Jalisco in Guadalajara -- a first-time host -- from March 9-13.
"We are proud of welcoming the World Baseball Classic to Jalisco," said Jalisco Governor Aristoteles Sandoval.
