LOS ANGELES — When Andre Ether lashed a double down the right-field line in the bottom of the fifth Friday, Justin Turner, who had been standing near second base, ran approximately 180 feet and did something no Dodgers baserunner had done in four days, or, more specifically, 35 innings.
