Joey Fuego will get the call to start in tonight’s contest at Estadio de Beisbol Monterrey. Lucchesi (3-1, 2.78 ERA) has been very exciting to watch for Padres fans throughout his six starts. The young lefty boasts the lowest ERA of any Padre pitcher and is the only one with a winning record. In Joey’s last game action there was plenty of help offensively as he held the visiting Mets to only two hits in 5 2⁄3 innings in the Padres only win of that particular series.
