A 10-run bottom of the seventh inning resulted in a 12-3 loss for the San Diego Padres against the New York Yankees at Yankee Stadium, Tuesday. It was the first time this season the best bullpen in baseball looked pedestrian.

Adrian Morejon started the inning on the mound for the Padres. He replaced Michael King, who completed six innings, allowing two earned runs on three hits with two walks and two strikeouts. He also came out of the game with a 3-2 lead.
