On this Day in Padres History: April 10th, 2017

On this date in San Diego Padres history, Wil Myers made a little bit of history during the 2017 season. That was also the same year Myers signed a six-year, $83 million extension to stay with the Padres for the foreseeable future.

During a regular season against the Colorado Rockies at Coors Field, Myers became the second player in franchise history to hit for the cycle after he tripled at the top of the 8th inning.

Just two years prior, almost to the exact date, Matt Kempt became the first player in franchise history to complete the cycle.
