Buddy Reed homered, Edward Olivares drove in three runs and the Sod Poodles overwhelmed Tulsa’s staff with a hit attack to open the final round of the postseason with a 13-6 win on Tuesday night at Hodgetown.
Reed finished a triple shy of the cycle and Luis Torrens went 3-for-3 with two doubles, an RBI, two walks and a run scored.
Olivares doubled in a two-hit game and Brad Zunica delivered a two-run, pinch-hit double.
