Lake Bachar (7-2, 3.25) rebounded from a subpar outing in his last start, pitching 7 2/3 scoreless innings Sunday as Double-A Amarillo cruised to a 7-0 home victory over Northwest Arkansas.
Bachar has allowed no runs in at least seven innings in three of his last four starts. The exception was July 16 when he gave up four runs in 4 2/3 innings against Springfield.
Three Amarillo players drove in two runs each: Ivan Castillo (.909 OPS), Hudson Potts (.708 OPS) and Brad Zunica (.745 OPS). The other run scored on the 16th homer of the season by Edward Olivares (.
