Dinelson Lamet struck out at least 11 players in back-to-back games and Trent Grisham crushed a solo home run in the sixth to spur a streak of seven-straight runs as the Padres handled the Dodgers in a 7-2 victory on Monday night.
The Dodgers got on the board first thanks to a groundout by DH Corey Seager that was able to score C Austin Barnes in the top of the third.
Grisham went yard in the bottom of the sixth, which was the first run let up by Kershaw on a night that saw the Dodgers ace finish with nine Ks in a little over six innings pitched.
