Bolaños struggles early, Padres fall to Dodgers

Ronald Bolaños got his third career start tonight for the Padres. He entered the game with an 0-1 record and a 5.79 ERA.

Although Bolaños was wild in the 1st inning, he was still able to get out of the 1st inning giving up just one run. He gave up 2 walks, an HBP, and an infield hit while striking out three batters.

Dodgers starting pitcher Rich Hill was able to shut the Padres down for the first 2 innings. Hill had 5 strikeouts and his 5th strikeout was his 1,000th of his career.
