SAN ANTONIO – There were times Monday night when Spurs power forward David West was visibly upset at the way the Warriors toyed with him and his teammates en route to a 30-point victory at Oracle Arena.
Asked two days after the humiliating 120-90 loss if he was “pissed off” at how the defending NBA champions turned the Game of the Century into a laugher, West admitted, “a little bit.”
Then, to add insult to injury, he and his teammates had to sit through a lengthy film session at shootaround Wednesday morning that focused primarily on all the mistakes they made against Golden State, including a whopping, season-high 26 turnovers.
