Spurs will wear social justice messages on their jerseys when they hit the hardwood tonight

The Spurs resume their season this evening, and as part of the “Black Lives Matter” movement supported by the NBA, players have an option of a message to wear on their jersey.

For those, like me, who do not speak Italian, Marco Belinelli will be wearing “ugualianza,” which translates to “equality.” Bryn Forbes will also sport “Equality,” but in his native English.
