The San Antonio Spurs were linked to big names in the 2017 offseason, including Kyrie Irving and Chris Paul. Both went elsewhere via trade, so the Silver and Black lost out on adding a superstar to Kawhi Leonard and LaMarcus Aldridge.
Well, there’s at least the possibility of this changing in the 2018 offseason. According to Bleacher Report, ESPN.com’s Chris Haynes told Los Angeles radio host Jorge Sedano that LeBron James would listen to proposals from the Spurs and Golden State Warriors. The Los Angeles Lakers, Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat and Houston Rockets were all mentioned.
