Ever since free agency kicked off, Doug McDermott has been linked with the San Antonio Spurs. But the original notice has altered to a sign-and-trade with the Indiana Pacers.

In a press release Sunday, the San Antonio Spurs announced that in addition to McDermott, they have acquired a 2023 protected second round pick and the right to swap 2026 second round picks with the Indiana Pacers in exchange for San Antonio’s 2023 protected second round pick.
