SAN ANTONIO – Danny Green could be back in action Saturday night when the Spurs host the Clippers.
The team’s starting shooting guard has been upgraded to questionable after missing the last four games with a left quad contusion, according to the injury report the team released Saturday afternoon.
The only other player listed on the report was rookie point guard Dejounte Murray, who has been sidelined with a left groin injury since mid-March.
Spurs point guard Tony Parker hinted a few days ago that coach Gregg Popovich could use the Clippers game as a dress rehearsal for the playoffs after the Spurs defeated the Mavericks, 102-89, in Dallas on Friday night with a skeleton crew.
