Former San Antonio Spurs player Dennis Rodman arguably became a more controversial sports figure after his playing career. He’s outspoken and makes decisions that have drawn reactions from the public, including a foreign affairs-related topic.
Well, Rodman’s actions have drawn the ire of someone, enough to create a petition on Change.org (h/t Sporting News) to remove him from the Naismith Memorial Pro Basketball Hall of Fame, after being inducted in 2011. It was started by a group called the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation.
The call for Rodman’s removal comes after his praise of North Korea leader Kim Jung-un, along with his latest visit to the country.
