The Spurs (67-15) are the second seed in the Western Conference and host the seventh-seeded Grizzlies (42-40). The last these time these two teams met in the playoffs was in 2013, the Western Conference Finals. In the series the Spurs, then the number two seed, would sweep the fifth seeded Grizzlies 4-0 behind the play of Tony Parker who averaged 24.5 points per game.
