Spurs Sports & Entertainment Chairman Peter J. Holt will represent San Antonio at the 2020 NBA Draft Lottery on Thursday night, according to a report from RJ Marquez of KSAT 12. The Spurs are entering the lottery system for the first time since 1997 after their 22-year playoff streak came to an end this season.
