SAN ANTONIO – Spurs guard Manu Ginobili believes the initial impact of point guard Tony Parker’s return to action will be an emotional one.
Parker is set to play against the Dallas Mavericks on Monday night in his first game since he tore his left quadriceps tendon in the Western Conference semifinals last May.
“Whatever he can give us on the court, it’s going to be a plus,” Ginobili said after shootaround Monday morning.
“We are just thrilled to see him dressed, be with us, warm up with us, be on the bench, playing or whatever.
