Parker predicts Leonard will back to ‘normal self’ against Raptors

SAN ANTONIO – Spurs point guard Tony Parker predicts All-Star forward Kawhi Leonard will back at 100 percent Tuesday night after struggling two days ago in Atlanta.

Leonard sat out two games before the Spurs’ 114-112 overtime loss to Atlanta due to what the team called gastroenteritis.
In 28 minutes against the Hawks, he scored just 13 points on 3-of-12 shooting from the field and a 1-of-6 effort from 3-point range.

Leonard entered the game averaging a team-best 24.4 points per game.

Leonard’s biggest misses came at the end of regulation, when his 14-foot fadeaway jumper rimmed out, and at the end of OT when he failed to sink a driving layup.
