Matt Bonner will re-sign with the Spurs for the minimum and will return to San Antonio for the 2015/16 season, reports the San Antonio Express-News' Jeff McDonald.
Bonner has spent the past nine seasons with the Spurs after starting his NBA career with the Raptors. In his time in San Antonio he became one of the league's best stretch big men, connecting on 41 percent of his three-pointers for his career. Last season Bonner battled a nagging elbow injury that limited his effectiveness as a shooter but he still managed to provide quality bench depth, posting a positive net rating.
